I am April Lee and I am a Mortgage Loan Officer with Towne First Mortgage. I have been in the real estate business since 2006 and I love helping people achieve their goals of home ownership! Every day, I have the privilege of working with buyers to obtain financing for their new home purchase or to refinance their existing properties. I strive to make sure my customer is comfortable with the mortgage options presented, their new monthly mortgage payment, and what to expect in the overall loan process. Our process is unique because we obtain loan approval, through our in-house underwriters, at the beginning of the process, rather than the end, so our buyers can sit back and prepare for closing on their new home.
